Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The original safety seal must be intact
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened supplements cannot be returned.
Free UK Returns
We offer free returns within the UK for eligible items.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
